We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with PostAuthentic for any reason, simply email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at enquiries@postauthentic.app with:
- Your name
- The email address used at purchase
- The word "Refund" in the subject line
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
What Happens After Refund
Upon refund, your access to PostAuthentic will be revoked. Any generated content remains yours to keep — we do not reclaim or delete posts you've already exported.
Non-Refundable Items
As PostAuthentic is a digital product with immediate access, the only condition is that refund requests must be made within the 30-day window. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Affiliate Purchases
If you purchased PostAuthentic through an affiliate link or third-party marketplace, the same 30-day refund policy applies. Email us directly and we'll process your refund.
