1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PostAuthentic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostAuthentic is a LinkedIn content generation tool that creates posts in your authentic voice using AI. The Service includes voice profile analysis, post generation, editing tools, and export functionality.
3. Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Usage Limits
The Service includes monthly and daily generation limits based on your plan. Limits may change with notice. Attempting to bypass usage limits is a violation of these Terms.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. The current launch price is $47 USD (one-time) for the first 50 customers, after which the price is $97 USD. Prices may change without notice for new customers. Existing paid accounts retain access.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our separate Refund Policy. See our refund policy page for details.
7. Content Ownership
You own all content you generate using PostAuthentic. You grant us a limited licence to process your writing samples and generated content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your posts.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use generated content to impersonate others without consent.
- Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service when posting content.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
PostAuthentic uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before posting. We are not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostAuthentic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
